What's the difference between a coach & a therapist? 

Personal development coaching is like having a mentor who helps you set goals, make plans, and reach your full potential. It's about improving skills and achieving success in areas like career, relationships, and personal growth.

Therapy, on the other hand, is more like getting deeper help with emotional, mental health and addiction challenges. Therapists help you understand and manage feelings, cope with past experiences, and overcome obstacles that might be holding you back.

In short, coaching focuses on reaching goals and self-improvement, while therapy deals with emotions, mental health, and healing from past experiences. Because I have experience with both - you're getting a 2 for 1 kind of coach.
